Sacraments are celebrations of our faith life. Through signs and symbols, we attune ourselves to God’s presence in a special way, focusing on a particular way we have experienced God in relationship with others. Students MUST be enrolled in PREP for a minimum of two consecutive years before receiving their Sacraments, and they MUST participate in all related sacramental practices and retreats.
The Sacrament of First Penance is held at St. Isidore Church. A parent meeting to review expectations and requirements will be scheduled. Students should be familiar with the Act-of-Contrition.
The Sacrament of First Holy Communion is celebrated at St. Isidore Church. A parent meeting to review expectations and requirements, as well as provide information regarding retreat and practice prior to the reception of the sacrament will be scheduled.
